A game changer!

1. We hired Mr. Ochrach because a major California based HMO denied claims for a family member. He researched the medical requirements of the proposed treatment and attempted negotiate with the HMO for treatment. When that failed he filed suit, which we won. However the HMO chose to endlessly appeal and Mr. Ochrach continued to represent us and finally the judgment was confirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Had we not hired Mr. Ochrach, we would have been left with huge medical bills, I highly recommend him for his tenacity and legal skills.

The Best Lawyer You Can Ask For!

I had a very long difficult case which took many years to fight and defend myself. Jeff was amazing from start to finish. The discovery, depositions, the trial and everything in between he was prepared. To say he was prepared is an understatement. When only the best will do...

We found Jeff Ochrach on this website, after laboring through several months with another attorney and dispiriting results. We decided to call Jeff after reading his uniformly glowing reviews. As it happens, those reviews were spot on, and he is every bit as good as his reviews led us to expect. Jeff was simply superb from start to finish. He represented us in a complex and emotionally draining elder financial abuse suit, ultimately an outgrowth of severe family dysfunction. Jeff was always direct, but at the same time compassionate and reassuring, with a gentle humor that put us at ease instantly. Our entire case was conducted via phone calls and emails from our home on the east coast, and his flawless preparation and execution saved us from multiple (and expensive) cross-country court appearances. As our case wound its way through the legal system, Jeff was on top of every development, knew exactly the right questions to ask, and kept us fully apprised of progress. At the same time he provided opposing counsel just enough information to assure him he was in for a bruising legal battle, without tipping our hand. At each juncture of the case, opposing counsel offered to settle, and the settlement amounts lowered progressively until they finally dropped the case entirely. That saved us the time and costs of travel as well as the entire expense of litigating in court. But equally important, it saved us the stress and emotional drain of a bitter court battle. A case that could potentially have cost us close to a million dollars was finally settled for no damages. And finally, no amount of praise for the Ochrach Law Group would be complete without mentioning his office manager Denise. She was unfailingly efficient, responsive and professional. But at the same time, she was kind and understanding with clients who were emotionally stressed and very unsure of our legal footing. She fielded numerous questions during times Jeff was in court or otherwise unavailable, and knew precisely which questions needed to be passed on. The rest she would answer for us on the spot, further saving us time and money. She was the icing on the cake of a very satisfying outcome. We hope to never again need this kind of legal expertise, but there is absolutely no doubt who we would call – the Ochrach Law Group!

Excellent Attorney

More Than Cut Above The Rest . . .

Extremely Grateful to the Ochrach Team

Excellent attorney with excellent litigation skills

Mr. Ochrach is extremely knowledgeable with a number of civil litigation matters I found myself dragged into. He was able to file terminating pretrial motions that resulted in a dismissal of these cases against me. You will NOT regret his expert legal representation.

VICTORY! (Child support, Spousal Support)

I hired Mr. Ochrach a month ago after hiring 3 other family law attorneys and had lost absolute hope. I NEVER Thought I’d have justice and VICTORY. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST. His words and writing is Art. The judge had the upmost respect for him and the court room absorbed every word he said. He was extremely professional yet aggressive. Each time the opposing counsel was untruthful and my Ex husband was untruthful, He spoke up immediately with THE TRUTH. He fought hard for me and my boys. So Impressed

My husband was being sued for breach of contract. He supposedly electronically signed a personal guarantee for a company he was no longer affiliated with. After two years of dealing with phone calls, threatening letters and emails and being served summons twice at our home, we decided it necessary to seek legal advice. We only met with Jeff one time and I knew we had the right person working for us. He got to work immediately and one week later, we received a phone call from Jeff. His call was to inform us that the case was being dismissed and the electronic signature was, in fact, a forgery. Jeff impressed us so much. He made me feel comfortable. He's genuine, eloquent and compassionate. I cannot say enough great things about Jeff.

I needed help on how to interpret and address subpoenas served on myself for personal/business financials, as well as my current and previous employers being served subpoenas for my business financials and lastly, a subpoena to depose me. Exceptional litigator

Amazing (Elder Abuse)

Jeffrey H. Ochrach is simply the very best there is...

If I were on the opposing side I would shake in my shoes and cry. And..., that is exactly what happen when our Builder tried to bully us. All We could say at that time was: "Oh My Gosh!!!" Even if we lost, we were excited to have paid for that front row seat to justice. Well... We did not loose, in fact... It was a landslide win!!! Jeffrey Ochrach, brought "The proof is in the pudding", front and center. That builder was not able to ever do what he put our family through ever again to anyone else and for us... We are forever grateful to Jeffrey for his talent and intellectual intelligence to prevail for us all... Exceedingly knowledgeable and compassionate

Mr. Ochcrach was an amazing help to me during a difficult time in my life. From our first discussion it was clear to me that my case would be handled well. Mr. Ochrach was able to bring complex and at times emotionally charged dynamics into realistic and understandable terms. All of the next steps were explained and well prepared throughout the process. Suing another lawyer and his insurance company in court

My sad story began about thirteen years ago. I was involved in a car accident that, on the surface seemed a simple matter of getting a lawyer and proceeding from there. My lawyer, who had been representing our business for years, mishandled the suit and let my case go pass the time I had to settle the matter. He said he simply forgot. My car was in the shop for 1 1/2 years, ended up being totaled and I was left hanging. It was difficult to find a lawyer that would handle my case of suing another lawyer and his insurance company. I don't remember exactly when I ended up seeing Jeff Ochrach, I do remember making many phone calls and when he said he would be happy to see me, my husband and I made the appointment. And that is how it started. It ended up being a trial by jury. We were in court a week. I had never been in court before and it was overwhelming to me and very stressful. Jeff was wonderful in helping me through that difficult time. Very patient, explained my endless questions, and his confidence in handling the case eased almost all of my anxiety. It seemed he always had time for me and I never felt rushed and I always knew what was going on. Not only did he get the settlement we were asking for (actually more), he also had them cover all my attorney and court costs! He is amazing in the courtroom. I learned things from him that I still use today in handling myself in difficult situations. We are still good friends, our families get together for dinners at least once a month and on occasion we can get a golf game in. I highly recommend my friend to anyone who needs a friend when it come to the law. Thank you.
