Biography
Brian Clark is a licensed attorney in the state of California and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Law. He also has a Masters of Business Administration degree with a finance emphasis from the University of the Pacific, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
Brian also completed an honorable tour in the United States Marine Corps, and applies that same level of integrity to his business practices. In addition to practicing law, Brian has been active in the real estate finance business for the last ten years. Over the course of his career, he has overseen nearly 1,000 residential and commercial transactions. By the age of 25, Brian was the youngest and most quickly promoted Assistant Vice President of a nationwide finance company, responsible for the entire Southern California division, which consisted of 40+ finance professionals.
Brian also owns a California based residential and commercial mortgage and real estate company — Attorneys Funding Group, Inc.

Mr. Clark was very professional, knowledgeable and to the point. After consultation Mr. Clark suggested there was no reason to move forward and I agreed. The topic was Real Estate law. If the need was to arise in the future, Mr. Clark would be my first call.

I could not see him
I called his secretary and made an appointment to visit his office. I took a half day off from work and I was on my way to his office only to learn from his secretary’s voice message that he only do his initial meeting on the phone only for any clients referred by the CLC. Clark & Associates, the initial consultation is by phone (not in person). I'm not seeing, based on our records, that we set your appointment in the office, but if we created this confusion our apologies. Also I see our team reached out to clarify once we realized the disconnect. Knowledgable
Brian consulted on a deed issue. He was knowledgeable. I did not need to hire a lawyer but would have hired him if further legal help was needed beyond the consultation.
