I must say that the ending isn't what I expected. Brian gave me a lot of information and his time, my last conversation with him was to think about it and when I decided to have him write a letter I was told by the receptionist that he didn't want my case when I had already paid him to do the resear...ch he did. I'm now back to where I started and its very upsetting. When I asked for the return of the papers not even a note was enclosed. I have to say I'm very surprised because Brian doesn't seam like this would be his practice. I was recommended through CLC, I hope Brian gets to see this, because he was so thorough and gave me so much time. I must say the receptionist is rude and again it doesn't seam like that would be the person he would pick.

Brian has represented me in a number of transactions including entity creation, acquisition, and has served as my advisor on a number of business deals. His ethics are beyond reproach, and is one of the hardest working people that I've ever come across in any industry. I trust him implicitly, and g...ive him my highest recommendation.
