I cannot thank him enough. I was falsely accused of domestic violence and it was used to take the kids away along with financial issues. It took time but he got the whole thing thrown out. The other attorney knew what she was up against and then we negotiated a settlement. He wasn’t the cheapest offi...ce I talked to but he did tell me up front what the cost would be and communicated along the way. When it came to my kids no price was too much. Cannot say enough good things about how this worked out.

If you have a case that is difficult and have been fighting on your own for years - or with another attorney - Hoss is your guy. Granted it took a while because the judicial system moves at a snails pace and he was not the cheapest attorney out there - Hoss and his team got me everything I asked for ...at trial. He also explained to me his ideas and thoughts about things that I was wanting but were not realistic. It was definitely a process but if you have a contested issue Hoss is your guy. I had three prior attorneys and none of them had the skill or competence that Hoss showed. Trial is where he shines. I felt bad for my ex (only a little) because the other attorney looked very foolish. I was very pleased and could not recommend him enough. He is not the cheapest out there but I am glad I spent every penny - and he got the judge to order the ex to pay for some of my fees. Hoss is an amazing attorney. Hoss is an innovative and creative attorney, and not once did I fear he was not up for the job. The biggest asset you will get if you hire Hoss is his courage; he is not afraid to say certain things, to be upfront with you as a client, and most importantly he is not afrai...d to stand up to the other party or their legal team. My now husband went from 10% custody right after a divorce to 50/50 with an awesome custody order that works with my partner's shift work.

Mr. Khatami was my family law attorney and he helped guide my Divorce to a very favorable outcome. He worked with my ex and his attorney to try to settle the case but my ex and his attorney wouldn't settle. We went to trial and that is where I was amazed by his preparation and skill in the courtr...oom. He and his staff kept me informed every step of the way. I was amazed at the amount of preparation and time he put into my case to get ready for trial. the difference in lawyering skills truly showed at trial. There were times I was embarrassed and felt sorry for my ex and his attorney. I had to wait a long time for the judge to issue an order, which Hoss said was normal, but when he did issue the order, I was very pleased. The court orders were far better than all of the settlement offers I made. Had my ex settled he would have been better off. However I can surely say that his attorney was outmatched when we went to court. I could not believe the difference in skills and wouldn't have known the difference unless I saw it for myself at trial. Hoss helped me and my kids secure a safe and comfortable future and I know that I received a great outcome following trial including tens of thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and sanctions ordered against my ex.
