I cannot recommend this attorney. I contacted his office seeking representation in a sensitive family law matter and paid for services. After accepting payment, I was informed via text that he could not represent me because he knew my ex, who is also an attorney. A proper conflict check should occur... before taking someone's money, not after. What I find deeply alarming is that he then contacted my ex after I had consulted with him. When someone reaches out for legal help in a high-conflict family situation, especially when they are already seeking domestic violence support, confidentiality and discretion are paramount. Instead, I was left feeling exposed and blindsided. In family law matters, safety, privacy, and professional boundaries are not optional; they are fundamental. This experience demonstrated a lack of care and judgment that I find unacceptable for someone acting as an officer of the court. Especially given the domestic violence context and concerns for my safety. Prospective clients should be extremely cautious and clarify conflict procedures and confidentiality protections before sharing sensitive information.

Hoss is the most kind, caring WARRIOR of an attorney. He truly cares about his clients and in marriage dissolutions where children are involved he will go to WAR making sure they are well taken care of. He truly cares for others and you will not find another attorney who will go the lengths he does i...n protecting and supporting what is true and right! If there was an option for 10 stars I would give him that. Truly a rare find and the absolute BEST!

I cannot thank him enough. I was falsely accused of domestic violence and it was used to take the kids away along with financial issues. It took time but he got the whole thing thrown out. The other attorney knew what she was up against and then we negotiated a settlement. He wasn’t the cheapest offi...ce I talked to but he did tell me up front what the cost would be and communicated along the way. When it came to my kids no price was too much. Cannot say enough good things about how this worked out.

If you have a case that is difficult and have been fighting on your own for years - or with another attorney - Hoss is your guy. Granted it took a while because the judicial system moves at a snails pace and he was not the cheapest attorney out there - Hoss and his team got me everything I asked for ...at trial. He also explained to me his ideas and thoughts about things that I was wanting but were not realistic. It was definitely a process but if you have a contested issue Hoss is your guy. I had three prior attorneys and none of them had the skill or competence that Hoss showed. Trial is where he shines. I felt bad for my ex (only a little) because the other attorney looked very foolish. I was very pleased and could not recommend him enough. He is not the cheapest out there but I am glad I spent every penny - and he got the judge to order the ex to pay for some of my fees. You definitely get what you pay for and Hoss is worth every penny. Thank you so much Hoss!

My ex accused me of domestic violence and tried to take my kids away from me. Well we headed to trial on the violence issues and in two days, Hoss took on all the witnesses and tactics by the opposing counsel. There were stretches of times where the opposing counsel could not even get a question our ...because Hoss objected and she didn’t know how to handle herself. Oh, did I tell you that my ex had not one but two attorneys and one paralegal at the trial? Hoss knowledge and skill overcame all of the obstacles and cut to the chase. Well long story short, HOSS DID NOT EVEN PUT ONE WITNESS ON THE STAND ON MY BEHALF AND WON. Case was dismissed because of the lack of evidence that he prevented from coming in. I was exonerated and now we are in the process of “flipping” custody to me because my ex used such salacious accusations against me to change custody. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have had many attorneys and he will be my attorney and the one I recommend to others for all my domestic matters.
