I cannot recommend this attorney. I contacted his office seeking representation in a sensitive family law matter and paid for services. After accepting payment, I was informed via text that he could not represent me because he knew my ex, who is also an attorney. A proper conflict check should occur... before taking someone's money, not after. What I find deeply alarming is that he then contacted my ex after I had consulted with him. When someone reaches out for legal help in a high-conflict family situation, especially when they are already seeking domestic violence support, confidentiality and discretion are paramount. Instead, I was left feeling exposed and blindsided. In family law matters, safety, privacy, and professional boundaries are not optional; they are fundamental. This experience demonstrated a lack of care and judgment that I find unacceptable for someone acting as an officer of the court. Especially given the domestic violence context and concerns for my safety. Prospective clients should be extremely cautious and clarify conflict procedures and confidentiality protections before sharing sensitive information.

Hoss is an amazing attorney. Hoss is an innovative and creative attorney, and not once did I fear he was not up for the job. The biggest asset you will get if you hire Hoss is his courage; he is not afraid to say certain things, to be upfront with you as a client, and most importantly he is not afrai...d to stand up to the other party or their legal team. My now husband went from 10% custody right after a divorce to 50/50 with an awesome custody order that works with my partner's shift work.

Mr. Khatami had a hard case. I did many things wrong...but his relentless efforts, attitude, and willingness to be available when needed- proved his professionalism. I now have an attorney I can trust and call on in the time of need. (Hopefully this is the last time)! The one thing in this world I ca...re most about our my 2 daughters. Without them I would not be able to continue. I know get to see them 3 days a week. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
