I am the Trustee of my deceased mother's estate and in the process of selling my mother's house. I have known Scott socially for some time but have not interacted with him for a number of years. I ran into him at the post office a few months back and was given his business card. This week I needed ...some legal advice right away and decided to call Scott to see if he could help me. I called Scott for a telephone consultation regarding dual agency and disclosure with respect to the sale of my mother's property. Having attempted to sell real estate for about a year, more than two decades ago, I came away from our conversation with the confidence that Scott's perspective had given me all the information I needed without further investigation. The half hour or so consultation with Scott was without charge but I will not hesitate to use his services in the future.
