This is by far the most incompetent attorney Office let alone worst attorney I’ve ever known or worked with. I have now received transcripts from the entire trial. Not only did he completely disregard key evidence that I turned in. He didn’t turn it in or bring it up. He didn’t cross examine in a mea...ningful way. I would’ve been better off without an attorney at all. Please beware. I’d also like to point out that I asked for my case files. That email was ignored until I put it in more legal terms. Then his assistant sent me the case files while she was still uploading things that should have been part of my case trial. Over 30 pieces of evidence I submitted to him and he only used a handful and none of them, relevant absolutely dishonest.

Jim is so unprofessional! I hired him for a simple hearing, he did not respond to the trial brief from the other party, nor did he meet with me prior to prepare for the hearing or discuss the other partys arguments. he was not on record as my attorney which caused me to lose my hearing. Jim literall...y has fake meetings, youu sign paperwork he will never turn in! After Jim Carroll screws your life up you will then need a good criminal lawyer! I will never see my children again because of Jim!
