Best Trial Attorneys!!

I brought Brian a very complex High Conflict Divorce case. Brian had an excellent strategy, was able to identify exactly what was needed from first review of the case. As time went on he found another attorney on the case had committed ethical violations and helped file appropriate motions regarding ...them in court. Brian's partner Stephanie Ransom, is also extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. She stays up to date on some of the most recently passed family laws. This was a divorce where they were representing me, but the case became mostly about my child with special needs. I felt at the end of our time together that I could not have been happier about the effort that they put into ensuring my son had the best chances. I have been in custody court for over ten years now and have had several attorneys over the years and have dealt with several of my ex's attorney's as well. Brian and his staff have been the most professional, organized, knowledgeable, strategic law firm I have ever worked with. Even when the hearing didn't quite go the way we planned it, as no one knows what the judge will rule, I always felt confident that the had the best arguments and strategies to turn it around. I can not say enough good things about this law firm.

Brian Lanz is a pro

I have recently hired Brian Lanz to represent me in filing for the termination of my sons biological mothers parental rights because she has a a history of not exercising her custodial time for months at a time and has now gone 16 months with no contact. Though I have no faith in the family court sys...tem. I do have trust and faith in Brian. This man has a lot of integrity and is very honest and up front. Not to mention he has a very calming demeanor. Brian is prompt in returning phone calls and emails. He explains everything one needs to know in detail. I feel Brian has compassion for his clients situation. People like Brian are the type of individuals we need as family court judges. I will recommend Brian Lanz to anyone I know who has family court issues to be dealt with. After dealing with this system for 6 years. Brian has renewed my belief in people.

Brian Lanz - Family Law Representation with Integrity, Strength and Compassion

Yes, I am very pleased with the representation I received from Brian. It was long, long divorce process, and Brian never once wavered in his representation on my behalf. I will and have recommended Brian to others. Brian Lanz listens closely, acts with decisive goal oriented precision, and has a dee...p degree of integrity. Brian Lanz shows up for his clients, not to grandstand as other attorneys often do. Brian Lanz is a champion for the rights of his clients and their families.
