I've hired Scott in the past to assist me with another family law issue and was super impressed! Recently I was in the process of selling a property in Sonoma County only to discover that my ex husband had filed a document against the property in Court prior to our divorce while we were separated.... He filed a lis pendens unbeknownst to me prior to the divorce. I didn't even know what a lis pendens was when Title discovered it was there. I cannot find the words to express how much Scott Malloy has done for me. My case was not only difficult, but confusing and stressful as well.
