I am the Trustee of my deceased mother's estate and in the process of selling my mother's house. I have known Scott socially for some time but have not interacted with him for a number of years. I ran into him at the post office a few months back and was given his business card. This week I needed ...some legal advice right away and decided to call Scott to see if he could help me. I called Scott for a telephone consultation regarding dual agency and disclosure with respect to the sale of my mother's property. He told me right away that he doesn't specialize in real estate law but asked what my particular concerns were regarding the subject.
