A close family member utilized the legal services of Ms. Bansmer and her capable staff in a family law situation that involved child custody and was an extremely emotional issue for all of us. To make a very long story condensed, the outcome for us was favorable with the expert assistance of this le...gal firm. Unusual, perhaps, we are at a significant distance from Ms. Bansmer's practice and had to handle much of the work over the phone. All of our calls and court documents were handled in a timely and capable manner. All court visits were attended by Ms. Bansmer and her assistant Amanda who drove long distance to Redwood City, and they were present and on-time for each of 3 appearances. Personally, I couldn't say enough about the professionalism and yet the ease of communicating with everyone from this office. I spent years working in the judicial system and feel that the helpfulness of Erica and her staff is superior to others in the same profession. As a family, we are both grateful and pleased to have the full support of this excellent legal team. Would I/we recommend them to others? YES!!!

Ms. Bansmer gave poor advice, delayed our case over and over again, and charged us three times for a service that was never performed. Should you hire this attorney, be prepared to know the law yourself, do not depend on this office to be knowledgeable about your issue. Ms. Bansmer will give you fals...e information, does not know the law, and is an unethical attorney. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go elsewhere. Trust me.

Great attorney! She offered a free 30 min consult and gave me a pay plan when it became hard to pay. She is a bit distant. Did not want to get to know me at all, which is fine but felt kinda cold. Her assistant, Amanda, was also very helpful and attentive. They fought for my case beautifully. Could'v...e gone better but my ex is an a**h**e!
