David, the assistant, answered our initial call and provided clear instructions to get the process started. Shortly... after completing the initial questionnaire, we had a consultation with the attorney, Ms. Lee. She was very knowledgeable, addressed all our concerns, clarified our questions, pointed out limitations in our existing documents, and recommended the best options to fit our needs. The updated draft was well-prepared and included a comprehensive estate planning package. While the documents were detailed and lengthy, David was always available to answer our questions, explain the terms, and facilitate communication with Ms. Lee throughout the process. We were impressed with how organized everything was at the final signing meeting — it went smoothly. We’re highly satisfied with the professional service provided by American Trust Institute.
