We had a family Living Trust created years ago and recently needed to update it. After finding American Trust Institute online, we decided to give them a try — and we’re glad we did. David, the assistant, answered our initial call and provided clear instructions to get the process started. Shortly... after completing the initial questionnaire, we had a consultation with the attorney, Ms. Lee. She was very knowledgeable, addressed all our concerns, clarified our questions, pointed out limitations in our existing documents, and recommended the best options to fit our needs. The updated draft was well-prepared and included a comprehensive estate planning package. While the documents were detailed and lengthy, David was always available to answer our questions, explain the terms, and facilitate communication with Ms. Lee throughout the process. We were impressed with how organized everything was at the final signing meeting — it went smoothly. We’re highly satisfied with the professional service provided by American Trust Institute. They not only helped us make important updates to our Living Trust, but also introduced us to other valuable estate planning documents we hadn’t previously considered. Highly recommended!

Not interested in our business because we belong to Metlife legal plans program - too much work for too little money!! Had a condescending attitude right off the bat - had no interest in understanding what we were trying to accomplish - assumed we were trying to do something illegitimate - talked o...ver me - gave us completely wrong info re: IRS and SEC requirements - then backpedalled - had us barking up the wrong tree What a waste of time - Metlife can and should do better - find yourself a real lawyer!!
