Had a condescending attitude right off the bat - had no interest in understanding what we were trying to accomplish - assumed we were trying to do something illegitimate - talked o...ver me - gave us completely wrong info re: IRS and SEC requirements - then backpedalled - had us barking up the wrong tree What a waste of time - Metlife can and should do better - find yourself a real lawyer!!

Cynthia has done quite a bit of work for my family and extended family over the years. Not only did she draft most of the trusts for me and my sisters but she also took care of the trust administration when both my parents died. She made excellent suggestions based on her vast experience with deali...ng with family issues during these difficult times and saved us a lot of tax dollars to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend her to all my family and friends. Also, unlike the negative comment from the reviewer below, I have had excellent service from Cynthia, she even responded to my non-urgent question from work done a few years ago when she was on maternity leave. Now, that is what I call above and beyond!
