I worked with Cynthia Lee for two trust adjustments over the years. She is very detailed and thoughtful in her trust design advice laying out lots of possibilities that needed to be considered, beyond what my simple ideas were. She made sure what my wishes were truly conveyed in my trust. Dav...id her front desk staff was polite, professional, and helped me save money by fact checking some details needed in my case. They were courteous and respected my time. I feel well cared for by this team.

I am an ARAG member and Cynthia is a network attorney. I first met with Cynthia in 2005 when my wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer and she helped us revised our trust. Then, I worked with her to administer the trust a few years later. Later in 2015, I amended the trust again when I got remar...ried and my kids grew up. Lastly, I administered my parents trust with her. Every single time, I am touched by how much she care about my family and the professional advice and strategy she was able to give me. She is fair and up front in explaining what was covered by ARAG and what I have to pay out of pocket. Over the years, I have referred my siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles and friends to her and they were all thrilled with her services. Furthermore, their firm do not offer maintenance plans.

Cynthia was not very patient to work with client asking questions. She also offers practically no after-sale service support. A couple months after she completed our trust documents we needed some clarification on some wordings in our trust and her answer was "For further clarifications and questions..., please feel free to make an appointment with our office. All trust review/consultations will be charged at our regular hourly fees. Alternatively, you could purchase our maintenance plan which includes one amendment and telephone/email questions relating to your trust for $500 per year." She will complete your trust but just don't expect to have support afterward even for her mistake. Is it a good value to use her service for such an important document? Please don't make the same mistake as I did.

Not interested in our business because we belong to Metlife legal plans program - too much work for too little money!! Had a condescending attitude right off the bat - had no interest in understanding what we were trying to accomplish - assumed we were trying to do something illegitimate - talked o...ver me - gave us completely wrong info re: IRS and SEC requirements - then backpedalled - had us barking up the wrong tree What a waste of time - Metlife can and should do better - find yourself a real lawyer!!

Cynthia Lee has her client's best interests at heart. She has handled various legal issues for my parents over the years and other relative's legal and estate / trust documents as well. She has taken care of things for my family in a very ethical and professional manner. Even in the most urgent of si...tuations he has come through and charges a very fair rate, never taking advantage. She is very ethical and a true professional that my family members have been able to trust and rely on for many years. (It's probably not often one can say this about a lawyer ;) I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
