I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for the guidance, love and support of Ritu. Ritu's practice in regards to Holistic approach is true to its word. She does not just see you as a case, a source of income, etc. She sees you as a human being, who is in need of guidance to take you to the path to freedom. If it wasn't for Ritu, I do not think I could get my removal of conditions approved and I'd continue to be stressed out had I done it myself or gone thru another lawyers. Other lawyers would either charge me more, not be as thorough and helpful as Ritu. Ritu was also very accommodating if here, it seems as if too accommodating to where clients took advantage of her kindness. I was guilty of that sometimes, and thankfully I was able to repair any misunderstanding with Ritu. I hope and pray there would be more lawyers such as Ritu in this world, she definitely gives lawyers a better name/reputation. She's not a 10 star lawyer, a minimum A million star! :)

Ritu is very knowledgeable person and dedicated towards her work. She listens to our story, spends time to understand and prepares our case very nicely. I hired her for my I -751 petition. I would definitely recommend Ritu for immigration issues.

First of all, I would like to point out that I am not a huge fan of hiring people for things that I think I can do myself. Things like household/car repairs, roofing repairs, and even minor electrical stuff around my house; I can do those myself so I have never really had the need to hire a professional. Filling for a permanent resident card seemed no different, so I did that myself too.
That was my mistake. Long story short, things got a little complicated so I knew I had to hire a professional. Despite hiring Mrs. Goswamy during the middle of my messy situation, she was able to make me feel like I had nothing to worry about anymore. After explaining my dilemma and getting her input, I immediately felt like I was in good hands, and indeed I was. I liked the fact that she knew what she was talking about, and was very knowledgeable. Throughout the process, she was great to work with, and I don't think I would have been able to get through it without her help.
If you're looking for an expert to help you with your immigration woes, I highly recommend Ritu Goswamy. She is not only a great lawyer, she's also a great person all around.

Maybe she is ok to handle something simple and straightforward, but her best advise to me was to shut my mouth and sit quietly or I may get deported. I just went into court, filed everything myself and got my citizenship without any lawyers! :)

My wifes case began Dec, 2012. My wife came into the US on a K1 visa, and Ritu handled her adjustment of status through her 10 year greencard. You could not ask for a more professional, Courteous, and experienced attorney. Ritu made us feel like family, always relaxed and comfortable. She was quick to answer our questions and emails. Ritu effeciently got the job done without problems. If you need an Immigration attorney you need not look any farther..

Finding a legitmate, competent lawyer is very tough. My gf needed to hire an immigration lawyer for her adjustment of status. I got various recommendations thru connections, but those lawyers were either money hungry or practiced too far from San Jose. I found Ritu via Avvo and Yelp, and I was relieved and happy with the results. I sent her a consultation email, and she called back the next business day. She already sounded quite knowledgable about her case, and immediately scheduled my gf for their initial meeting. My gf was very impressed and saw how accomodating, personable and skillful. She communicates very well via email, calls and of course in person. Without Ritu's guidance, we would be lost in filing her case. You're the best, Ritu! We'll be sending more people her way. :)

Her consultation fee was 75% more than what we paid for other lawyers in the area. Also she quoted us twice the fee that we are paying now to file our case. Our case is a very straightforward one with minimum complication as evidenced by herself in our consultation session, and it is very hard to understand why she is asking for twice the fee. One more point is that at the end of consultation, she said she is changing her business model and not interested in cases like ours. If so, why she agreed to consultation after I had explained our case on the phone, makes me to wonder she was only interested in the consultation fee.

Ms. Goswamy's legal services have been, by far, the best I've ever experienced. Not only is she knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, she also supports her clients exactly as advertised: holistically. I could not have chosen a more effective and supportive attorney to help me navigate a complex and emotionally-charged immigration issue. I was overwhelmed by the task at hand, but Ms. Goswamy kept me grounded, organized, and on time. I could not have done this without her help. If you are overwhelmed by an immigration issue and need support you can count on, you cannot do better than Ritu. Highly recommended.

My husband and I came to Ritu after hearing how excellent she and her staffs are from many friends. Without a doubt, it is the best decision that we've ever made. We were both extremely busy and weren't familiar with the immigration process, but Ritu and Kat (Ritu's associate) have eased our stress and delivered the service promptly and excellently. Plus, Ritu is superbly knowledgeable, always happy to answer all of our questions, and very accommodating with any requests we had.
We can't thank Ritu and her staff (especially Kat) enough for making our case as smooth as possible. Again, we highly recommend reaching Ritu for any immigration matters you may have.

Today I was calling around to find-out different fees for applying for a Citizenship. The secretary answered the phone. I asked "roughly how much does it cost to have an attorney help me in the matter", The secretary mentioned that I have to make an appointment with a consultation fee of $150. I told the assistant; I have a clean record and had my Green Card for 5 years. It's just to file so "Can you at least give me an estimate, or a range, roughly?" She said sorry you need to make and appointment. The assistant was also short and rude.
I have already called 4 attorneys today. 3 in which I spoke with directly! It was very simple- they asked 2-3 questions and provided me with the filing fee and attorney fee.
Mr. Ritu, NO ONE is going to use your services if they know that money is all you care about. You know why? it makes you look bad! It's embarrassing to charge $150 to Tell me how much you'll charge for a SIMPLE citizenship Case.
