Her consultation fee was 75% more than what we paid for other lawyers in the area. Also she quoted us twice the fee that we are paying now to file our case. Our case is a very straightforward one with minimum complication as evidenced by herself in our consultation session, and it is very hard to und...erstand why she is asking for twice the fee. One more point is that at the end of consultation, she said she is changing her business model and not interested in cases like ours. If so, why she agreed to consultation after I had explained our case on the phone, makes me to wonder she was only interested in the consultation fee.
