Ritu Goswamy

Ritu is an excellent immigration lawyer. She is very prompt in answering/addressing her clients' questions/concerns. Needless to say that she is very good at responding to phone calls and emails. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ritu despite the USCIS delays which the attorney or the cl...ients have no control over. She puts so much effort into creating the document packets that get filed/submitted, that, it really shows and helps the case so much. This really really told me that Ritu is very experienced in what she's doing and she knows how to make her cases standout from the crowd (in a positive way). She is pretty easy to work with because she understands her clients and their needs so well. Any immigration case calls for a lot of efforts from the clients themselves and the attorney. We were very prompt in submitting whatever documents, proofs was asked of us to her and we heard personally from her that that helped her a lot. Ritu has an amazing work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Finding a legitmate, competent lawyer is very tough. My gf needed to hire an immigration lawyer for her adjustment of status. I got various recommendations thru connections, but those lawyers were either money hungry or practiced too far from San Jose. I found Ritu via Avvo and Yelp, and I was reliev...ed and happy with the results. I sent her a consultation email, and she called back the next business day. She already sounded quite knowledgable about her case, and immediately scheduled my gf for their initial meeting. My gf was very impressed and saw how accomodating, personable and skillful. She communicates very well via email, calls and of course in person. Without Ritu's guidance, we would be lost in filing her case. You're the best, Ritu! We'll be sending more people her way. :)

I met Ritu yesterday with my wife for advice on our immigration case. She sounded knowledgeable and we felt that we would seek more of her assistance as she had suggested. We made an appointment for today morning with her tentatively. We called yesterday evening to reconfirm. Called again this morni...ng and finally were able spoke to her. She rudely denied making any tentative appointment with us yesterday, which she had made herself but verbally and we trusted her. She refused to give us any time and left us in the lurch as we were relying on her advice. Very unprofessional from my point of view! We are very dissatisfied.
