Jennifer is a brilliant attorney, who has helped me with countless cases throughout the years. She's one of my go to people when I have employment immigration questions. She has a great niche in employment immigration. She has an amazing demeanor with clients and colleagues. She has quite a bit of experience working with startups and foreign investors. In many ways, she's been a mentor to me in terms of complex employment immigration! I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Jon Wu, Immigration Attorney on Apr 12, 2011
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
Supervising Ms. Lee was a delight because she thinks and shines outside the box. For example, rather than struggle with how to beat the isue of "unlawful presence" in a stinging case, she created a presentation that side-stepped the issue and avoided the derogatory finding. Ms. Lee is a relentless advocate. More than often, she plunges ahead when others tell her, "It can't be done." Case in point: an Evangelical minister hired us after his former counsel advised "no way" for his minister visa, for lack of the requisite two-year ministerial experience. But, for God's sake, the minister just wrote and published a 500+ page book on the contemporary merging of religions. Ms. Lee hit the iInternet fast and furious and with the information gathered from that source, established that writing and puiblishing the work on contemporary religions meet the requirements. The Immigration Service granted the minsiter visa withouit even issuing the frequently unsettling "RFE."
