Jennifer is just absolutely the best!
Back in early 2015, my wife and I did a thorough research and interviewed quite a few Bay Area immigrant lawyer and picked Jennifer. I feel so blessed and lucky that we found her and worked with her for 3 years and finally got our green card in early 2018! Jennifer is indeed very professional with a broad knowledge from O1 to all categories of EB1/2 and with an extensive, successful and detailed experience regarding the qualification screening, preparation, application process and even interview preparation. She always kept tracking and updating her clients about the latest immigration policy changes including all the nuances that the applicant should care about and prepare her clients accordingly. Very diligent and responsible and intelligent. She gained our trust very soon and have never ever disappointed us. Beyond that, Jennifer is very reliable and empathetic, she understands her client's anxiety and nervous, always give them confidence and support as needed, checking in with advice and suggestions regularly so that we will not feel lost. We always feel that we'll make it because we knew Jennifer gets our back. Plus, her fees are also very reasonable if you compare with other big firms where you never know which associates will work on your case. I strongly suggest EVERY immigrant applicants, no matter how complicated or uncertain your case is, talk to Jennifer ASAP. She will help you out. You deserve a good immigrant lawyer cause I know how important this matters to you

Kind attorney
I contacted her for my Green card. But unfortunately she was busy and said honestly that she was not able to take my case due to her heavy workload. And she recommended me another good attorney. Thank You

Considerate, knowledgeable, and works hard to help
It's easy to recommend Jennifer. She works hard to help within the sometimes tight timelines of visa processes, all the while being thorough about getting the details right. She also combines specific and formal legal advice, with guidance from real world experience working with the visa system. She's a valuable person to have on your side.

Responsive, knowledgable, and great to work with!
I've worked with a few immigration lawyers, and Jennifer has shown herself not only to be extremely knowledge and great at keeping me informed to the status of any VISA applications, but I've also really enjoyed working with her as well. I have already recommended her to a few friends looking for a immigration lawyer, and would not hesitate to do so to anyone asking me in the future.

110% Commited
Jennifer was always trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and careful about every aspect of my case. Since our first conversation, I could notice how seriously commited to providing an accurate service she was. I must say that, as an artist, having someone seasoned like her, guiding you through all this intricate world of documents is something unmeasurably important. When we are applying for something "big" in our lives, we all need people who make the difference. This is the reason I highly recommend her services.

Immigration Super Lawyer
Jennifer's track record speaks for itself, working with her for my current startup Cult, Inc. we've had the chance to find out why. Her various positions let her grasp the changing dynamics in the immigration regulatory landscape, with an insight for trends and your specific window of opportunity, as well as optimize your relation with the USCIS.

J-1 / H1B / B1-B2 visa applications
I was lucky enough to work with Jennifer on multiple different cases for my previous start-up. Out of all the immigration lawyers we have worked with Jennifer was the most hands on, accessible and knowledgeable one.

"Jennifer is a brilliant attorney, who has helped me with countless cases throughout the years. She's one of my go to people when I have employment immigration questions. She has a great niche in employment immigration. She has an amazing demeanor with clients and colleagues. She has quite a bit of experience working with startups and foreign investors. In many ways, she's been a mentor to me in terms of complex employment immigration! I would not hesitate to recommend her."

"Jennifer is an excellent lawyer in a complex field of practice. She is honest, efficient, and accomplishes good results for her clients."
Immigration Attorney | Apr 12
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
"Supervising Ms. Lee was a delight because she thinks and shines outside the box. For example, rather than struggle with how to beat the isue of "unlawful presence" in a stinging case, she created a presentation that side-stepped the issue and avoided the derogatory finding. Ms. Lee is a relentless advocate. More than often, she plunges ahead when others tell her, "It can't be done." Case in point: an Evangelical minister hired us after his former counsel advised "no way" for his minister visa, for lack of the requisite two-year ministerial experience. But, for God's sake, the minister just wrote and published a 500+ page book on the contemporary merging of religions. Ms. Lee hit the iInternet fast and furious and with the information gathered from that source, established that writing and puiblishing the work on contemporary religions meet the requirements. The Immigration Service granted the minsiter visa withouit even issuing the frequently unsettling "RFE.""
