I talked to three lawyers for my domestic violence case. I didnt pick lawyers who claimed to be the king/queen in the court room, who had connection with DA but Maureen, who was at the moment having a bad cold, sneezing constantly but still went into all the details of my situation taking detailed no...tes. That was one of the best decision I ever made in my life. Maureen worked out miracle - DA rejected the case completely and there was NO charge filed on me! Due to a prior misdemeanor change on my record 5 years ago, its deemed impossible for such an outcome, while bad consequences could lead to my immigration status denial, my loss of child custody, or at the minimum my immobility in the next couple years to change job in the high tech industry. I contacted Ms. Baldwin the way many of you will, based on her reviews from various search engines. Upon meeting her I gave her the details of what I thought was an insurmountable case. She reassured me that what needed to be done would take time but could be done. She explained the law to me with gr...eat clarity and reassured me that this horrible chapter in my life could finally be over. We negotiated her fees which I found to be very reasonable....I left her office with instructions of what I needed to do and I did what she asked of me. My case was a 2 stage litigation process. She handled the first stage immediately. I knew I had hired the right attorney. My expectations were exceeded when I learned that she had my original conviction dismissed rather than reduced. She was successful in stage 2 of my case. Here is where my review really needs your attention. My attorney for the original case was twice as expensive as Ms Baldwin - 13 years prior! Talking to him took an act of Congress. He acted like him taking my case was an extreme inconvenience but martyred himself as he was doing it as a favor. Ms. Baldwin ALWAYS returned my calls promptly, within hours not days. When I couldn't be reached she sent me emails or text messages updating me with new information as it became available. If you are in need of an attorney I highly recommend Ms. Baldwin. She knows the law and has decades of experience. The smartest decision I ever made was to retain her services... Because of Ms. Baldwin, I can pursue goals in life that I thought were impossible before.

Maureen Baldwin represented me in a DUI case where the officer pulled me over next to a party and gave me a breathalyzer. I was arrested and was facing criminal charges. Maureen helped me fight and WIN TWO false allegations of Domestic Violence in two separate cities.
