Here is the story of my case and how James helped me get a fair settlement: I was hired by a start-up tech company as a mechanical engineer, but forced to work as a machinist. I was there for 7 months, when out of the blue I was let go and accused of violating my contract by posting "confidential" ...information on my personal website, which was later found false by an unemployment judge.
