Rear ended

In my case the CHP report was incorrect of what happen and I did attached additional information to the report they said they will not change the original report. Is there any lawyer out there would accept my case. I was in the front and the driver in the back rear ended me and he was tailgating whil...e he was in the back of me and there was traffic and I have to hit my brakes and he hit me in the rear and to to swirl to the right to avoid hitting me. In this case is it hard to find an attorney because of the police report? Any advice would appreciated

Car accident

My wife was fatally injured in an auto accident. I went to Andrew Gillin for help in establishing responsibility for the accident and securing some compensation for my family and me. Andy was very thorough in ordering an investigation which established fault. He listened sympathetically to my wish...es, securing a settlement that was 100% satisfactory to me. At all times during the process he was available to answer my concerns, and to take care of problems that would have been very bothersome to me. Many, many thanks to Andy Gillin. Great Lawyer

I was a passenger and involved in a head on vehicle collision. Andy insisted that I go to his spine specialist for an evaluation. They discovered a herniated disc in my lower back and spearheaded the rehabilitation process. As a self employed person, the legal issues were challenging as well. At the ...end of the day, I received full compensation from both insurance agencies. I was very please with how Andy and his colleagues handled my case.

Trustworthy and Kind

In a difficult situation Andrew Gillin fought long and hard to assure that the Health Insurance company involved did not take all of my settlement money. This was a ridiculously hard case because the defendant was under insured and my medical expenses were very high.

Car Accident

Mr. Gillen took care of every single problem and question that I had throughout the whole process. If someone needed a lawyer I would tell them if they want to be informed the whole time and never go to bed with a question or concern, go with Andrew Gillen. I want them to know that I appreciate every...thing that they did and I will never forget them all. The whole staff was awsome.
