Car accident

My wife was fatally injured in an auto accident. I went to Andrew Gillin for help in establishing responsibility for the accident and securing some compensation for my family and me. Andy was very thorough in ordering an investigation which established fault. He listened sympathetically to my wish...es, securing a settlement that was 100% satisfactory to me. At all times during the process he was available to answer my concerns, and to take care of problems that would have been very bothersome to me. Many, many thanks to Andy Gillin. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great Lawyer

I was a passenger and involved in a head on vehicle collision. Andy insisted that I go to his spine specialist for an evaluation. They discovered a herniated disc in my lower back and spearheaded the rehabilitation process. As a self employed person, the legal issues were challenging as well. At the ...end of the day, I received full compensation from both insurance agencies. I was very please with how Andy and his colleagues handled my case.

Trustworthy and Kind

In a difficult situation Andrew Gillin fought long and hard to assure that the Health Insurance company involved did not take all of my settlement money. This was a ridiculously hard case because the defendant was under insured and my medical expenses were very high.

This is the only law office you need to call.

I was hit, by a car and run over in a cross-walk which left me unable to work for almost a year. My foot was crushed, and I had broken bones in my right wrist. The day after I called Andy Gillin, his investigator came to see me. I've known other people who were in accidents who had to either wait da...ys to talk to an attorney, and had to figure out how to get to the law office. Andy and Jim Larsen took care of all of my legal needs, answered every question, no matter how trivial, and made me feel taken care of. Being in an accident and losing income is very stressful and takes an emotional toll. No matter how stressed I sounded, or impatient I was ,or even demanding at times, they remained patient, helpful,, and made sure I got what I needed to recover. I never felt like I was infringing on their time, or interrupting their other work. They also negotiated the best settlement possible for my circumstances. Although my case may not have been the most lucrative for them, both Andy and Jim made me feel like I was their most important client. I would also like to add that everyone in their office particularly their assistants and receptionist were wonderful and responsive. My case was not the exception. I had referred another friend who had recently had a negative experience with another attorney regarding a medical lawsuit. She had the same more than positive opinion with Andy and Jim. They are experienced, knowledgable experts, who stand up for their clients.

Very hard working and loyal attorney.

Andy got me and my family thru this process very fast and helpful. Anytime I needed answers or something to get me by he and his team didn't leave me in the dirt or hanging. This accident set me back a whole lot but if it wasn't for my attorneys I wouldn't have made it thru this.
