Robert Bruce Kopelson

I spoke with Attorney Kopelson (Robert) last week concerning a traffic accident (rear-end collision). I respectfully disagree with the very few negative Yelp reviews of Robert. I think the review gives an unfair, one-sided depiction of Robert's personality. After speaking with Robert over the... phone during a consultation with him, here are some of my honest reflections: ---He generously gave me time to tell him about my case and to holistically understand my situation. -- He listened, asked me the right questions, and gave me sound legal advice based on all the relevant information I provided. ---He was forthright and honest throughout our entire conversation. ---He showed skill in being able to place himself in the position of the other side and to thoughtfully consider the other side's arguments. ---He demonstrated ethical discernment as he evaluated my case. ---Robert was friendly and open, which made talking with him and getting to know him a truly enjoyable experience. I wish I could have spent more time talking to him! I believe Robert makes a true difference in people's lives, one contact and one case at a time. My wife and daughter had a car accident one year ago. They both were serious injured and our car was completely totaled. Robert was not able to handle my case due it being an out of state injury, which I was told by his receptionist during my initial phone call. He still took the time out of his busy schedule to personally call me back and answer many of my questions as well as did a search for possible attorneys I cou...ld use. If he goes that above and beyond for someone he is not representing i can only imagine what he does for his actual clients. the world needs more caring and genuine people like him.

This is a good start in describing my experiences with legal representation provided by Mr. Kopelson. Afte...r my daughter was involved in a serious accident, the last thing I anticipated was being able to use many of the above adjectives to describe an attorney we ultimately selected to represent her. I expected the normal difficulties with communication, lack of proper attention to detail and the status quo with respect to interactions and follow-up, which one would envision in a typical personal injury case. However, Mr. Kopelson's brilliant handling of my daughter's case actually served to shatter many of my preconceived perceptions and prior experiences with legal representation. It is hard to imagine actually believing an attorney would continually place their client's best interests at the forefront of a legal case's respective priority list until the litigation was ultimately settled. Again, Mr. Kopelson defied all expectations in this regard. It is difficult to describe the relief I felt upon finally realizing that my normal tendency of second guessing every move and detail was no longer required. To know that my daughter's attorney was fighting tooth and nail for her best interests provided an immense degree of comfort and relieved me of a significant amount of anxiety any dad would feel in a similar situation. I am not an individual who is easily impressed, nor one to pen accolades unnecessarily, however, I can say unequivocally that I truly feel that we could not have asked for better legal representation or a more diligent, conscientious and harder working attorney than Robert. In closing, I can state that my expectations were exceed by an immense degree in every aspect by Mr. Kopelson, and I would not hesitate referring any friend or family member to him!

Mr. Robert Kopelson helps my wife through a very traumatic sexual assault personal injury case.
