After spending 20 years in solo practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Huntington Beach, California, I took that experience and entered the practice of personal injury law. I believe it is quite helpful to me to understand my clients' injuries as well as their own doctors.

Told people I was a nut and they believed him.
He's convincing. He slandered me because I sent him a thank you with a reference to Jesus. He was furious because he said there is no God and Jesus is a made up story. Why not just say thank you and give the gift to another? Gets worse, then he strongly threatens he will sue me for slander, too....

Gets results and cares about you
I seriously doubt about the negative review because that’s 180 degrees different from my personal experience. From personal experience he is caring about my health conditions and tries his best to fight for me

Dumped our case with no communication
Hired Dr. Eggleston at the suggestion of a medical provider after a car accident. He dumped our case after receiving a denial from the other persons insurance and then out of the blue just fedexed us our case file and dumped us. But don't worry, the staff at Eggleston's office made sure to contact ou...
Allow me to say, "Do not hire him IF THE ACCIDENT WAS YOUR FAULT." This client told me a story about how his accident happened that was completely untrue. I investigated immediately, spoke to witnesses and determined that this person caused the accident by changing lanes illegally and crashing into the other car. I cannot be an attorney for a fraudulent claim because my reputation is important to me so I withdrew as this person's attorney. I have notes that I spoke to this client on 8/16/18, that i left him a message on 8/23/18 (he never returned my call), that I left him a message on 10/16/18 that there seemed to be a problem with the case and the insurance company had asked him for a recorded statement because other witnesses said it was his fault (he never called me back) and I left him a message on 10/18/18 (he never called me back.) His doctor called my office on 10/16/18 and I spoke to him. His doctor told me he had not been into his office since mid-September. The message I left on 10/18/18 was that I had spoke to his doctor about him not going to the doctor anymore and asked him to call me (he never did.) His wife called us on 10/20/18 and left us a message that they had been to the doctor (but she wasn't even my client because she had never signed any papers retaining me.) We also have notes that my paralegal telephoned his wife 11/8/2018 and asked her to come in to sign the papers since her husband had "forgotten" to bring them the last time he was in our office. The note that day says the paralegal had left her a similar message about a week before 11/8/18. She never responded to either of the paralegal's calls. On 11/15/2018, we had a meeting in my office, discussed this case, talked about the fact that witness said he is the one that caused the accident (his story was completely contradicted), that his wife had never even signed any papers to retain me despite numerous requests from us and so my office sent him a letter by first class mail and shipped his client file to him by FedEx that same day. I contacted his doctor to let him know that I was no longer the attorney (standard protocol) and explained that I had to withdraw from the case because the client's story didn't add up, that other witnesses contradicted his story and that I believed the accident to be this man's fault. So, yes, do not hire me if you caused the accident and want to try to draw me into a web of deceit that would tarnish my honest reputation.
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Steve is a smart, dedicated and hardworking attorney. Before becoming a lawyer, Steve worked as a doctor, which provides him with unique insight into the medical aspects of his clients' cases. In my experience, Steve works very hard to obtain just compensation for his clients."
