I had never been in trouble with the law before and even though I work for a law firm it did not deal with the type of moving violation I had. I sought out Mr. Cvietkovich because I realized I was in way over my head. Before my Court date he informed me of what to expect, how to proceed and not to w...orry that he was going to discuss the case with the DA and see where they were at. This was a huge relief. I was pulled over by the police in San Jose about 4 months ago with a .09 blood alcohol level. I knew I had to get some help. This was my first time ever needing legal help.
