The best Lawyer I have ever used!!! And I have a family of lawyers!!!

In the corse of Business the most frustrating thing is when people don't get back to you or respond in a timely matter. Not the case here with Joe. He is extremely responsive. A pleasure to do business with and just a general good person to deal with!!! Oh yeah he is a good Lawyer too!!!

Great Working Experience

I've been continuously using Joe Haffner as my attorney since 2003. I've used his services on numerous real estate transactions, both commercial & residential with budgets ranging from $150K to over $3 million. Through out the years he has also helped me with few other legal matters and the result...s were always favorable. He is a very versatille attorney with lots of experience and always, always available when need it. I would highly recommend him.

The Fifth Member of Our Team

I met Joe through a client of mine at a time when I was looking for an attorney that was not only knowledgeable about real estate, but one that was functional with the times and technology. I quickly realized in the 9 years in the industry I had never met an attorney that was as well organized and... efficient as Joe. At the time we were going paperless for signing and storing documents, Joe was in lockstep with us. He and his office are quick to respond and do a great job of calendaring important dates offer another set of eyes on every transaction. We had already closed a dozen transactions when I realized I had never even bothered to grab his cell phone number, things always sailed along and I never thought to call him outside of the office plus he is always so quick with email. I am a big fan. He has handled my personal transactions, my assistants transactions, my best client’s transactions and over 100 other transactions. He adapts to my clients whether they prefer email or phone and I regularly get compliments just for referring him. He is always looking to serve our clients to the best of his ability. We feel like he is the fifth member of our team.

My favorite Attorney

Joseph Haffner has represented AMF Investments, LLC in llinois real estate transactions for the last four years. We give him nothing but rave reviews. The thing I like most about him is the communication. No matter how stupid my question is, he always answers in a very timely fashion. I also apprecia...te that we have the kind of relationship in which he is not afraid to always be totally honest with me even if its something I may not want to hear. He is very personable and we consider him a good friend.

Professional, Trustworthy, One Step Ahead of Everything

As a real estate professional, I've worked with Joe for almost two years - we recommend our clients to him all the time. He is always one step ahead of everything.
