Can't Believe she calls herself a Lawyer
Didn't inform me of my options. She told me i had to accept prop 36 because the court wouldn't re-refer me to DEJ. Come to find out later that I had an option to have a hearing that would be held in a different department with a totally different judge. I wouldn't doubt it if she helped the judge t...
