I had recently been arrested for my first DUI. Being that I have never been in that situation before, I was in a panic and was distressed about what was to come next. Hiring Emily was the best decision I made.

The other lawyers I talked to before Emily, seemed arrogant and rude. After talking to Emily, she was very polite, explained my options and was very confident she could reduce my DUI to a wet reckless and she did. We went to court and she explained all the legal jargon and was right there by my side ...if I had any questions. Didn't inform me of my options. She told me i had to accept prop 36 because the court wouldn't re-refer me to DEJ. Come to find out later that I had an option to have a hearing that would be held in a different department with a totally different judge. I wouldn't doubt it if she helped the judge t...hink of all the conditions penalties fines etc in the "Book he threw at me". total waste of $750 for 20 mins of misconduct that was should of been representation. I feel for anyone even my worst enemy that hires her
