Brian is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He is smart, very knowledgeable and has a nice personality. I had a problem with my tenant’s early lease termination and Brian was a great help. His fee is very reasonable and he helped me with key issues of my case that I would have missed ...without his input. I highly recommend Brian for any landlord/tenant dispute case.

This is my second eviction of the year! My tenant is a contractor did the maintenance work for me after the 1st eviction, he did a great job and gain my trust. He want to rent my house urgently, I gave him the key to the house and let him rent the house. Unfortunately, after my tenant moved into t...he house without a signed contract, he and his wife didn’t answer my call/text/email anymore, didn’t make up the promised security deposit, and didn’t pay the rent. I was very satisfy with Brian’s service of the first eviction, so I contacted him again. Brian gave me a lesson after listened to me “Never give house key without a signed contract”. Brian accepted my case and my tenant moved out of the house in about 45 days. Brian is the best eviction attorney!

Brian helped us out in successfully signing up the settlement agreement with our tenant and saved our thousands of dollars spending on eviction process. His team has given all expected amount of fees and charges during eviction process vs. settlement. I am glad we first tried settlement, and that ...worked. Brian has briefly explained chances of our case and possible results. He was fast and quick in understanding the problem and proposing appropriate solutions. I do not know how he has handled our tenant as he was tough to handle!!! Our property manager has given up on him suggested a legal route and to use our landlord rights. Our tenant was demanding 1.5 months free rent + moving out the expense of $1200 + to return his full deposit + pay the difference of electricity bill as drying heaters were running on the premises, costing all this for around 10K dollars and asking us not to make him liable for anything. His failure to report the clog and leak problems on time in two different bathrooms have caused flooding in the house. The water was standing for two months in the shower area after each use and hence produced rain across the roof to the downstairs dining area. He was not letting us start the construction work and demanding all these reimbursements. It was tough to place even only fan heaters for only drying up the flooded area. We have given him many offers as a landlord while working with the property manager for breaking up the lease and by giving his whole month rent back + $1000 deposit return + $ 450 moving out expense. But his greed never ended and he did not accept our couple of offers, and he kept demanding more, more and more. So we took legal help from Brian, and it all worked great and in our favor using our rights, etc. Thank you, Brian, Nicole & Katie! His price is highly reasonable and affordable. The only minor issue was that you have to follow up with Brian's team for checking different statuses and progress about your project etc. But I would say that I can totally ignore it if they are charging us less and doing the work with care and on time and under budget. Brian listens and respects suggestions those make sense and remain straightforward if something is not right or do not make sense. Brian avoids unnecessary conversations and always converse to the point that indirectly makes us cost less. As more, we talk the more we get billed  as the charging is per hour. So I like to the point talking idea. I would highly recommend working with him!

Brian and Nicole helped me every step of the way to terminate the lease with really nasty and high-maintenance tenants. They answered my questions and guided me throughout the process. Thankfully the tenants left prior to us starting eviction proceedings, but I was convinced that my case was in good ...hands with Brian. I will continue to use his services even for regular stuff such as rent-increase notices, etc - because frankly the cost of dealing with nasty tenants is far far more than the entirely reasonable fees that Brian charges. I got more than my money's worth with the prompt service and guidance that Brian and Nicole provided.
