Brian, Steve and Nicole are such an amazing team!! Brian is very responsive and he is on top of everything. He responds to my email all the time, keeps me updated, very considerate and knowledgeable...there are no words to describe how he works and how he helped us!! He is very very fair on his prici...ng and he does what needs to be done right away! Steve was excellent in court. He was there and fought for me in the trial and we won!!!. Nicole is very responsive and on top of her game as well. Having a horrible subtenant who lives with you and harassed and continuously harasses me and my son was such a horrible experience..living in a nightmare to the point that my son and I stayed in a motel to avoid them or even stay at a friend's house. . Brian and Steve are more than lawyers especially Brian who is very sympathetic to our situation. I have had lawyers before that they will just milk you out with money and do nothing, but with them, it was the opposite. Their service is incredible (Brian answers my email everyday without hesitation) and their fees are so affordable!! Thank you guys for all your help!!! It's all worth it to hire you!! My son and I are at peace now that the subtenant from hell is evicted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
