I am beyond confident that any help seeker will get the best advice and assistance from Brian. Among so many legal councils in service, Brian stands out not just for his high-standard professionalism, but also with his amazing courtesy and generality toward clients. The latter quality, extending well... beyond work ethics, is rare and extraordinary in today’s profit-driven society. Brian’s practice puts helping clients solving problems before business, which we as a community should recognize, appreciate, and reward. I had a tenant missing his rent payments for months. He promised and signed an agreement to move out, but repeatedly asking for extensions and failing/refusing to vacate. The whole thing evolved into a property owner’s worst nightmare. Brian, Steve and Nicole are such an amazing team!! Brian is very responsive and he is on top of everything. He responds to my email all the time, keeps me updated, very considerate and knowledgeable...there are no words to describe how he works and how he helped us!! He is very very fair on his prici...ng and he does what needs to be done right away! Steve was excellent in court. He was there and fought for me in the trial and we won!!!. Nicole is very responsive and on top of her game as well. Having a horrible subtenant who lives with you and harassed and continuously harasses me and my son was such a horrible experience..living in a nightmare to the point that my son and I stayed in a motel to avoid them or even stay at a friend's house. . Brian and Steve are more than lawyers especially Brian who is very sympathetic to our situation. I have had lawyers before that they will just milk you out with money and do nothing, but with them, it was the opposite. My son and I are at peace now that the subtenant from hell is evicted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
