Brian and Nicole helped me every step of the way to terminate the lease with really nasty and high-maintenance tenants. They answered my questions and guided me throughout the process. Thankfully the tenants left prior to us starting eviction proceedings, but I was convinced that my case was in good ...hands with Brian. I will continue to use his services even for regular stuff such as rent-increase notices, etc - because frankly the cost of dealing with nasty tenants is far far more than the entirely reasonable fees that Brian charges. I got more than my money's worth with the prompt service and guidance that Brian and Nicole provided.

Brian, Steve and Nicole are such an amazing team!! Brian is very responsive and he is on top of everything. He responds to my email all the time, keeps me updated, very considerate and knowledgeable...there are no words to describe how he works and how he helped us!! He is very very fair on his prici...ng and he does what needs to be done right away! Steve was excellent in court. He was there and fought for me in the trial and we won!!!. Nicole is very responsive and on top of her game as well. Having a horrible subtenant who lives with you and harassed and continuously harasses me and my son was such a horrible experience..living in a nightmare to the point that my son and I stayed in a motel to avoid them or even stay at a friend's house. . Brian and Steve are more than lawyers especially Brian who is very sympathetic to our situation. I have had lawyers before that they will just milk you out with money and do nothing, but with them, it was the opposite.
