Brian Skarbek is a San Jose native who earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University, graduating magna cum laude (top 5%). Prior to SCU, in 2002, Brian graduated from Vanguard University, receiving the McNaughton Award as the most outstanding business department graduate.
During law school, Brian served as an Articles Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and has published in the Dartmouth Law Review and the American Journal of Economics and Sociology.
Brian loves spending time with his wife, Erin, and daughter, Katelyn. He is an excellent Softball player and BBQer.

Excellent eviction lawyer
He gave us wise advice on how to proceed with evicting a difficult tenant. His office did all the paperwork and crafted a settlement agreement that achieved the aim of getting the tenant to leave without going to court or using the sheriff. Very courteous and supportive.
