Sean Olender

Sean Olender helped my wife and I with my wife's green card. My friend had suggested we ask Sean about our case and Sean took us on. Sean was exteremly knowledgeable about immirgation law and knew about all the current changes with immigration law that seem like they constantly change. Both my wife... and I were pleased to have Sean guide us along this process. Ultimately, Sean helped my wife and I obtain my wife's green card and we are extremely grateful. If you find yourself having an questions regarding immigration I would suggest you connect with Sean.

Olender/Pham: most reasonable and knowledgable

Sean Olender advised me on an employment law matter and was able to provide useful information that helped me make important decisions. It was a very complicated situation that involved employment law and immigration law and his firm’s unique experience and his partner Henry’s help enabled me to get... a quality of advice that I don’t think I could have gotten at a firm that specialized in immigration law or employment law, but not both. Sean also represented my brother about seven years ago in a family immigration matter and got a good result in a short period of time for a reasonable fee.

H-1B Premium Approval

Sean represents my employer and he filed and got my H-1B approved in 12 days using premium processing. We told him it was a rush, so he got it done quickly. His firm uses a good online case management system, so I was able to fill in my information online and he explained clearly how the process wo...rked and did not take too much of my time.

EB1c filing

Sean filed my EB 1(c) multinational manager petition while representing my employer, one of the worlds top IT and management consulting firms. He worked carefully to precisely describe my job and educational background and the jobs and educational backgrounds of my direct reports. He prepared a nine ...page letter to accompany the petition carefully explaining why the evidence submitted satisfied every legal requirement for this classification. He worked tirelessly with me and the companys HR department to prepare the evidence necessary to submit a flawless case. He works not just to get EB-1(c) cases approved, but to get them approved without the delay of a request for evidence. My case was approved quickly without an RFE. Additionally, Sean filed many EB-1(c) cases for my colleagues and has a 100% approval rate on those cases. I highly recommend Seans work.

Very Knowledgeable and thorough in his work

I have been working with Sean for the last three years. He was the immigration attorney hired by my Company to help me in my green card application. Sean is extremely thorough and has been seamlessly guiding me through the last three years to ensure that the green card application was a relatively sm...ooth process, contrary to the horrible experiences I heard people have gone through. He has been very helpful and specific in answering any questions that I had and was very professional and thorough with the paperwork. He would go the extra mile to make sure that all correct documents are available before a critical deadline. It had been a pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to anybody with immigration needs

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
