Exceptional knowledge in the field, Honest and in-depth assessment

Exceptional knowledge in the field, Honest and in-depth assessment Before the chance to speak with Mr. Olender, Sean, we spoke with several immigration lawyers (and have called tens). Sean is down-to-earth, factual, and impressively honest in the way he thoroughly evaluated all aspects of our case... leaving no page un-turned, no information being considered unimportant! Tenaciously examining facts to support our circumstances. This is exceptional as some lawyers may want a fast fix (a closure of some sort) and move to the next case. He is a man of few words but be reassured he puts all his knowledge and spends all the needed time to present the optimum solutions together with his evaluation es to why so. While it was not expected and beyond his duty, he many times run the extra miles (not mile) to gain additional information, or to provide additional options, or to further support us with our case. Sean Olender is an exceptionally qualified immigration lawyer from all aspects one can consider. No one can be as good as he is!

The best, most honest and ethical lawyer

I'm so busy that I haven't posted my review. I-a US citizen-did petition for my parents to get green cards. After interviewed with USCIS, my mother was accepted for permanent resident but my dad received a request for evidence for hardship because of his Communist member. I had contacted with 6 diffe...rent lawyers and had to pay 3 of them 300$ for 30-min consulting (300$/each lawyer). However, I didn't have feeling about honesty of these lawyers. With lawyer Sean Olender, he spent 3 hours to ask very careful about my dad's case and information of his interview, and then he gave me very specific solution that he would use to response for USCIS. I decided to hire him as an lawyer for my dad. He took care documents very careful, spent a lot of time to write declarations, and arranged documents logically before sending them to USCIS. With his help, my dad finally received green after 180 days turning the response for USCIS. I am really happy to choose him.

Mr Olender is an experienced, caring and the best attorney in this world

I'd like to say that I am so grateful Mr Olender helped my removal proceeding case terminated and my wife got approve for a US Visa while I was in removal proceeding. DHS was trying to take away my green card and deport me for two convictions I had in the past, one for drugs and one for theft. My cas...e was in the Atlanta immigration court. Mr Olender made a motion to terminate the case because the government could not prove that the convictions made me deportable. The government attorney kept trying to make it seem like I had to prove it, but Mr Olender pointed out that they have to prove it. He flew to Atlanta for the hearing but the court canceled it at the last minute. The court was going to have another hearing, but Sean explained that the documents he filed should be enough to explain why I should not be deported and it wasn’t fair for me to have to pay to fly him there again. The judge agreed with Sean’s arguments and the supreme court cases he pointed out in his motion and dismissed the case. Now I am applying for naturalization and I don’t have any more risk of being deported. Mr Olender is the best and honest attorney in this world. He is an experienced and certified specialist attorney in immigration law. He charges reasonable and fair price and not like other inexperienced lawyers will charge you higher price but would do the a good job. I had bad experienced and lost too much time and money with the last three laywers. You cant go wrong with Mr Olender. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking help for deportation and other immigration issues.

Immigration Issues

Sean is very knowlegdeable. I had roadblocks with other attorneys as my case was a very corner case with no proper legal guidelines. But when I called him for questions related to immigration issues, he was able to find appropriate legal answers patiently. He was very honest with his opinion and very... professional. I had a wonderful experience with him.

Immigration

I got call from Sean after left voice message 2 days back. He given 30 mins and gave all information over phone only what I wanted. When I asked for appointment, he said, if he can answer over phone why to give money. Such a honest response.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
