David Terrell Chapman

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review about David Chapman. He is a genuine human being, - understanding, down to earth and cares about other people. Even beyond that, he is an excellent attorney who will do what it takes to protect your rights and help you with any legal issue you may ha...ve. I was referred to David because I was facing an illegal eviction from a care facility for the elderly. I called dozens of lawyers and not one felt it lucrative enough to defend me. But not David, he patiently listened to all the details of my case, even asked me to send him the relevant papers to take a quick look at without even charging me, He also suggested a possible strategy to deal with the problem. All I can say is I wish all lawyers were like David. I was extrememly fortunate to find him.

I would highly recommend David Chapman. He is very knowledgeable and quickly grasped the complicated Real Estate/Insurance/Homeowner's association situation I was not able to deal with. I had an attorney and was looking for one in San Mateo. Yelp got me to David. Although out of the area, he was a... blessing. He was able to break things down...and knew what I needed to get to him for him to make good legal recommendations. Which had not been done by my prior attorney. David is persistent, persuasive, and perceptive. He was patient working with me (a senior) and I consider him a RE/Attorney angel!

I hired David after a local company threatened to report me to a credit agency for allegedly failing to pay penalties related to canceling my membership. David drafted a really strong cease and desist letter and threatened to sue the company. I am happy to say that the company did not report me to ...the credit agency and never bothered me after that. I recommend this lawyer and would hire him again.
