I am Board-Certified by the National College for DUI Defense (as approved by the American Bar Association) and have 39 years of experience defending professionals and others charged with DUI. I handle cases throughout the Bay Area as well as Placer and Eldorado Counties (Lake Tahoe). I co-author the two-volume treatise, "California Drunk Driving Law," and formerly served as Dean of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD).
