Doris helped me set up my trust. I run my own business so things were a little tricky, but she did a great job. I later had it reviewed by another trust attorney thinking it may need an update but he said it all looked good and there was nothing he would change. I found her personable, professional,... kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend her services.

I contacted Me Mitchell due to a trust mis-management issue. She asked for the trustee's contact information and hung up on me. She asked the trustee to send her the trust by fax. Costing 65 dollars, I assume the trustee had her fax number because she asked to have it faxed. She called me back.... And told me she talked to the trustee and told her about a trust service where there is a conflict of interest. This is not what I contacted her for. She just decided to ignore the fact I was the one contacting her, and now has created a new problem. Doris was short and rude and I believe she has created a new problem for my trust. She didn't want to hear it either. Just didn't really care what she was doing. I wish I had not talked to her. She didn't really listen.
