created a conflict of interest

I contacted Me Mitchell due to a trust mis-management issue. She asked for the trustee's contact information and hung up on me. She asked the trustee to send her the trust by fax. Costing 65 dollars, I assume the trustee had her fax number because she asked to have it faxed. She called me back.... And told me she talked to the trustee and told her about a trust service where there is a conflict of interest. This is not what I contacted her for. She just decided to ignore the fact I was the one contacting her, and now has created a new problem. Doris was short and rude and I believe she has created a new problem for my trust. She didn't want to hear it either. Just didn't really care what she was doing. I wish I had not talked to her. She didn't really listen.

I do help with Trust Administration matters and hope to treat everyone in a respectful manner. I do not hang up on people without ending calls and am sorry if your call was ended abruptly. I do not charge people anything to fax documents to the office, ever. There may have been a conflict of interest. If I had previously worked with the Trustee of the Trust then I cannot then work with a beneficiary of the Trust. If that was the case I am sorry that was not communicated better. I wish I had more information. I try to be clear with others on what I can and cannot do and am sorry that does not seem to have happened in your case.
