Michael V. Smith vs. C VS Pharmacy
Mr. Young gives new meaning to the word advocate. He accepted my case when other firms turned me down based on the amount that could reasonably be expected. He was always straight forward and kept me fully informed at every point for the duration of the case. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Yo...
"An extremely talented and well respected attorney in the legal community, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who knows the law and truly cares about protecting the rights of his clients and getting them the most favorable result possible."
"Spencer and I met at an Oakland Rotary meeting in 2013. He is a tenacious advocate for his clients. His employment law experience dates back to 1998. He gets great results for those who have suffered from wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination. He is relentless when it comes to representing individuals and groups in wage claims. I have also referred Spencer several personal injury cases. Spencer is a straight shooter and easy to talk to. I endorse this lawyer for his proven expertise, track record, reputation, and character."
"I endorse this lawyer. A neighbor and close friend of mine felt he was being set up to take the axe at his job. He was the sole breadwinner in the family and needed some advice fast prior to a meeting. I referred him Spencer who advised him the meeting then represented him in negotiating his departure while simultaneously representing him in negotiating salary and benefits in a new job. My neighbor is now moving but he couldn't be happier with how my referral and his axe falling scenario worked out. Don't let your employment take advantage of you; consult Spencer and let him put employment law to work for you."
"I went to law school with Spencer, I can state with sincere conviction that I believe he is a strong advocate for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. I had the privilege of working with Spencer on an employment case. He was an effective advocate for his client and was very savvy relative to evaluating the aspects of his claim that he could push and where the issues were that could potentially harm his case. He is a solid employment lawyer that I would not hesitation to recommend."
"Whenever I am asked to recommend an employment law attorney to a potential client or family member, Spencer's name is the first that comes to mind. I have known him as an advocate and friend for several years and can personally vouch for his loyalty and willingness to fight for the rights of his clients. Spencer will put in the extra effort where other attorneys will seek the easy way out."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is a talented, intelligent, and aggressive advocate for his clients. He is up to speed on the latest issues in employment, personal injury, and business litigation. I believe his experience and intellect is an asset to his clients and I would be happy to have him represent me in any civil matter. I have sought his advice on many issues and found him to be thorough and competent."
"I endorse this lawyer in the highest terms. I have known Spencer Young throughout his career as a lawyer and am very pleased to give him a very strong recommendation in the employment, personal injury and business fields of law. He is dedicated to his clients' well-being and is a fierce advocate and very able professional. You will be in very good competent hands."
