I had a particularly difficult employment law dispute with both good and bad facts that made the case extremely difficult to value. Mr. Briski stuck with it for the whole day until we were able to resolve the case. Nobody got what they wanted, but we all got certainty and closure.

I found myself seeking an employment attorney to negotiate my severance package after my termination. There were employment issues surrounding my termination that Kael helped guide me through in order to receive the best severance package possible. In my initial consultation with Kael (which was n...

Before I saw Atty. Kael Briski, I have sought counsel of many lawyers regarding my case all the way from LA to the Bay Area. So far, among all of them, Atty. Kael, was the most commendable. He dealt with my case professionally, through all my anguish, pain, and torment, he made me feel that there is ...

I had a case with Mr, Briski, he did a wonderful job in every aspect of my case. his honesty is appreciated and I highly recommend his services
"Kael can take complex issues and/or complex dynamics and find a solution for both sides of a case. While he represents plaintiffs in his practice, he is highly recommended by defense counsel as well, which is an indication of how both plaintiffs and defendants value Kael’s expertise and fair approach in mediations. He takes the time to read the pleadings and will make both sides unhappily happy, which is a goal in every mediation. While not an attorney, I do want to commend his staff as well – Becky Roman is an asset that any attorney would love to have. Having Becky on his team is just a testament to Kael – as an attorney, a mediator, an employer, and a professional in the community. I highly recommend him."
"Kael is a passionate attorney who has the experience to handle employment cases the right way. He cares for his clients and is fearless in pursuing justice for them no matter who the opposing party or counsel is. Whenever I refer clients to Kael I know they will be in excellent hands and I highly recommend him."
"Are you looking for a lawyer to take your employment case on a contingency? Kael is one of the premier and most respected lawyers in the Bay Area. I met Kael about 10 years ago at the Santa Clara Superior Court. He mediated my client’s case as a judge pro tem. What impressed me the most was how relentless he was in settling the case. He was so good at settling cases, I told him he should start his own mediation practice. Years later, he did. When you hire Kael, you are getting a 2 for 1: a top employment lawyer and a skilled mediator. There’s something else that you should know about Kael that sets him apart. He’s a family man. He puts his family first. And he volunteers his time with the kids in the community as a sports coach. Kael is one of the nicest persons that you will ever meet. He doesn’t pretend to be somebody else—he doesn’t have to. Here's my top 5 compliments. He’s (1) super nice; (2) responsible; (3) honest; (4) smart; and (5) reliable."
"I completed a mediation with Kael in November, 2012. He is an effective mediator and easy to work with. He settled our case efficiently. I would refer him him without hesitation."
