About Elliot
Biography
After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994, I began my legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for Miami-Dade county where I represented people accused of all levels of crimes from misdemeanor to serious felonies.
In the 20 years that I have been an attorney, I have tried over 50 jury trials to verdict and have won nearly all of them.
I have dedicated my career to protecting people from the power of the Government. Without criminal defense attorneys to protect you from the often overreaching power of the police and district attorneys, your legal rights could be trampled on.
