Best lawyer around
Gerardo at Vicuna Law has been one of the best lawyers we have ever dealt with. There is nothing bad I can say about his firm or himself. His is very responsive and professional in all of his work. He was really fast and efficient. Whenever we had any type of questions from the simplest to the most difficult questions he was always having an answer, also up front with an answer. Professionalism
Dealing with Gerardo was a bright spot during a dark moment for me. Finding myself in some serious trouble, I was confused as well as concerned about what lay ahead for me and Gerardo's legal expertise and calm, objective demeanor helped put me at ease. No false promises were made, and pretty much everything that he told me would happen did happen, which did wonders to alleviate the uneasiness that comes with dealing with the legal system. Any questions that I had for him were answered in a very timely manner, and it goes without saying he was very respectful. From a business point of few, it was a very smooth a straight forward transaction, with no surprises or hidden costs. I personally hope to never run afoul of the law again, but if I do I will not hesitate to reach out to Gerardo again.

TRO Defense
Gerardo helped me with my TRO. He helped put one against the petitioner. He eventually resolved the case and got it dismissed. He was always easy to contact and stayed in touch and kept me updated. I really found it important how easy he was to get a hold of, which is key. I would recommend him. He is honest and clearly very knowledgeable. He gave honest opinions and facts about my case. Gerardo Vicuña provided excellent professional service for my citizenship process. Everything was filled out and filed in a timely manner allowing me to recieve my citizenship exam appointment in less than two months. He made the process much easier for me and handled what would've been a big headache efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My wife was found inadmissible to the US for misrepresentation, and she needed a waiver (form I-601). Most people I talked to didn't she had a chance until I landed on Gerardo. He was very helpful and he took his time to learn our situation. He explained to us everything we need to do. I was very surprised 5 months later after Gerardo completed the form and sent it in she received the letter of approval. We very grateful for Gerardo Vicuna's help. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who find themselves in a little trouble, they won't be sorry.

Gerardo represented me in a restraining order case I had never been involved in any legal situation before this he walked me through the case he was very thorough he explained the pros and cons of the of the case he was available after hours and on his days off to answer any of my questions he showed me how to prepare my case for court and gave me lots of tips on what to do and what to expect as a probable outcome he continued to work with me even after the case was resolved in court he is a very trustworthy and an impeccable attorney I have recommended him to family and friends I was very happy to have had Gerardo on my side he made the process very easy and made me feel confident and secure thru the case
