Del Bahner is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has litigated thousands of cases and earned a reputation for excellence. Del represents individuals accused of crimes ranging from first time DUIs to murder. He treats every client’s case with the care and dedication he would give to a family member.

Del began his legal career at a private law firm that focused on criminal defense. For his first jury trial, he defended a young woman accused of robbery and attained a not guilty verdict. He went on to secure dismissals and not guilty verdicts in every type of case, ranging from DUIs to murders. He then established his own firm, the Law Offices of Del Bahner, which is currently accepting cases throughout Alameda County and Stanislaus County.

Before beginning his career in law, Del obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UC Davis. He then went on to law school in San Francisco at UC Hastings. Del passed the bar exam in 2012, on his first attempt.

Amazing lawyer
Del took on my case and handled it very professionally. He was able to get a misdemeanor to an infraction for me and always kept me updated about what was going on. I felt very well protected and he had my best interest at heart! He is amazing I would highly recommend him!!

Got the job done!
I had 3 felony criminal charges against me and had two attorneys referred by a friend. I interviewed both and selected Del. His strategy was more inline with what I thought was the proper way to proceed, and it turned out exactly as I had expected. Case dismissed! He was easy to work with, understood the seriousness of the case and handled it properly and professionally. I hope i never need his services again, but highly recommend him.

He did what he said he'll do.
So I just have to say when I first saw him I was like, "oh no he's young" but let me tell you it doesnt matter. He represented my son and being my son talks in slang( which bugs me but thats how my son was abke to tell him things) he understood and got to his level and it made my son feel comfortable. As for me I was scared, as any parent would be. He handle the case with patience and had a good ear. It's really hard to explain but man did he come thru. With our evidence and everything we told him he believed in my son. Not many would, being everyone says there innocent when sometimes they're not. He explained that to us to. It was hard and scary but he pushed thru and fought for my son. I highly recommend him. I'm in tears just writing this. I feel like a thank you isnt enough. I had tears all the way home and my son is not gonna do time. Case Dismissed!!!!. Bless you Bohner and all around you.

Took care of buisness
I wasn't sure I was giving enough info to Del in the beginning or him asking enough, but he got what he needed . He did more research than I expected. He made the case compact and to the point. He is an excellent speaker. Del made sure any changes that were made benefitted the case. He definitely had no problem challenging other party. I would absolutely use him again.

Mr. Del Bihner "ROCKS"
05-21-2014 I would like to take this opportunity to give thanks to Del Bohner with the law firm of Perry and Associates. Mr. Bohner was my friend’s daughter’s attorney in a criminal case that went to Jury Trial and where this young lady was the defendant. This case took 11 months due to the Senior Assistant District Attorney dragging things on. First, I would like to say, Mr. Bohner was very professional and ALWAYS treated us with respect and consideration for our needs. For example, there was a court date that it really was not necessary for us to be there. So, Mr. Bohner arranged it so we did not have to go. When we had to go to the office of Perry and Associates we were always treat professionally, kindly and they even have a good sense of humor. Now on to the good stuff. Mr. Bohner totally ROCKED during the jury trial. He is smart, well educated in the law and presents himself well in front of the jury. Mr. Bohner is the Real Deal!
Mr. Bohner represented my daughter in a Criminal Defense case where the charge was a very serious felony. My daughter was not involved in the crime, but was arrested for it. Mr. Bohner was very professional, and knowledgeable. He treated my daughter and the rest of the family with respect. He always made us aware of the case status and went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed and understood what was going on. Del Bohner is an excellent attorney who I trust and would recommend to others in need of a criminal Defense attorney. He not only kept my daughter calm and comfortable during the trial, but he made sure that she was informed and aware of every situation during the process. As a family we worked closely with Mr. Bohner for 10 long months, he repeatedly told my daughter to just be truthful and everyone would see that she was being honest.Tthe end result was that my daughter was found NOT GUILTY!
