Prior to his legal career, Scott spent several years as a businessperson, including over three years as a Department Manager for a financial services firm providing customized financial services to non-profit specialty medical clinics. Scott received his B.S. in Business Administration/Finance, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University Northridge.
