Biography
Del Bahner is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has litigated thousands of cases and earned a reputation for excellence. Del represents individuals accused of crimes ranging from first time DUIs to murder. He treats every client’s case with the care and dedication he would give to a family member.
Del began his legal career at a private law firm that focused on criminal defense. For his first jury trial, he defended a young woman accused of robbery and attained a not guilty verdict. He went on to secure dismissals and not guilty verdicts in every type of case, ranging from DUIs to murders. He then established his own firm, the Law Offices of Del Bahner, which is currently accepting cases throughout Alameda County.
Before beginning his career in law, Del obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from UC Davis. He then went on to law school in San Francisco at UC Hastings. Del passed the bar exam in 2012, on his first attempt.

Excellent Defense Attorney
Mr. Bahner was incredible. He worked hard, always keeping us informed of the latest. We were facing 4 felony charges and 20years. He fought hard to reduce the sentence down to house arrest and probation. Highly recommend!

He did what he said he'll do.
So I just have to say when I first saw him I was like, "oh no he's young" but let me tell you it doesnt matter. He represented my son and being my son talks in slang( which bugs me but thats how my son was abke to tell him things) he understood and got to his level and it made my son feel comfortable...

right guy for the job
MR Bohner was very professional and very informative , my daughter felt her case would be in good hands, but she couldn't afford him, hopefully shell find a way to retain him before her case he would be the right guy for the job.
