Adrift at Sea in Uncharted Waters

I would highly recommend Angelo J. Lagorio to handle estate planning legal issues. My situation was complicated in terms of the recent loss of my husband and further complicated by the effects of COVID-19 on my ability to conduct business, especially during such an emotionally charged time as the los...s of a loved one, as well as the very real threat to my health. To say that I was overwhelmed and stressed beyond imagination is a gross understatement. Angelo "stepped up to the plate" and not only provided expert legal advice, but also emotional support and reassurance. He was patient and understanding, answering my questions and addressing my concerns in a timely fashion; easy to communicate with, which made the process of creating a living trust less intimidating; and provided me with reassurance and confidence by creating a "road map" to follow which can be a complicated legal process. I could not have asked for more support and expert advice. He comes with my highest rating, his fees were reasonable, and If the need ever arises again, I will reach out to Angelo in a heartbeat!

Awesome Attorney. Would use again!

My wife and I were going through a very amicable divorce and thought that we had the divorce paperwork well in hand when submitting to Alameda County courts. We are both college educated and consider ourselves intelligent, but after spending 10-20 hours on putting the required paperwork together and ...waiting to submit to courts for an hour, it was still rejected by the courts due to its form. We had also spent $300 on LegalZoom to prepare the documents online. We were at a loss on what we felt should be simple since we agreed on everything. Thus, we went to Angelo in May, he reviewed and modified our documents for a reasonable fee, made re-revisions per our discussions, and submitted to the courts end of July. Within 2 weeks of submittal, we had an approved judgement. I can't thank Angelo enough for his skill, care, quality, and affordability. He never tried to charge us extra and more than likely did more than he charged. Thank you Angelo. You made an otherwise difficult process and situation, manageable. I recommend wholeheartedly!

Simply the best!

Angelo is absolutely amazing! He was able to get me everything that I wanted and then some with my custody case! He is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of what he does. Highly recommended!

Professional, personable, and dedicated lawyer

Angelo is very professional and personable. He explained the divorce process and kept me informed through each step. He remained calm while I went through my difficulties. He gave his counsel regarding the settlement, but respected my decision. Although the court finalized our divorce in April, I am ...still dealing with the QDRO process. Recently, the retirement account rejected our QDRO due to the QDRO lawyer’s error and we had to resign the paper. Thankfully, Angelo had stayed with my case and filed the paperwork for me again. My ex’s lawyer from a big law firm had already withdrawn herself from the case. I recommend Angelo for any legal service because he is dedicated to his clients.

Gave a simple solution to a complex case

Angelo was very helpful with my complicated divorce case. To me all the issues seemed very complex and difficult to express, but in minutes he understood the case aspects and gave a very straightforward and simple solution to the whole case. I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was very... ethical, kind and helpful with his legal advice. His advice was a God sent answer to my prayers. May God Bless him with success in his life. If you are looking for an ethical, understanding and smart lawyer, then Angelo fits this description perfectly.
