Biography
Vincent R. Maher is a native of Solano County. Early on, he was exposed to the criminal justice system due to the rampant crime in his neighborhood. He knew he wanted to be a lawyer because he strongly believed in the pursuit of legal justice. Mr. Maher went on the complete his law degree from Empire Law School in 1999. Since then, he has seen numerous successes in jury trials, appeals, Three Strikes cases, and more. He has tried over 100 jury trials. He is a passionate attorney who is not afraid to slug it out against the DA or the police. In fact, it is the police and DA who often call on him when their loved ones are charged with crimes. Mr. Maher is also a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law.

Excellent attorney
I was arrested and charged with Assault with a firearm and 3 more felonies.Vince was a great attorney he dominated the courtroom with his experience and skill as a lawyer.He was able to get it reduced to misdemeanor probation.Mr Maher is a great lawyer.

Hearing great things is giving me Faith
My brother is facing Capital Murder for something he really didn't do and none of the story adds up and there's no real evidence. Hearing all these great things people are saying is giving me Faith in Mr. Maher because my brother is innocent
